All feedback, including complaints , will be handled in the following manner:
Our HR Manager will:
- Review the feedback
- Involve Top Management as required
- Decide upon the appropriate response
- Maintain the confidentiality of the person providing feedback
- Respond to the person providing feedback in an appropriate format
- Inform the Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) that feedback has been provided
- JHSC will add as Agenda item for next scheduled meeting

Privacy and SG Cunningham
SG Cunningham is committed to protecting the privacy and the personal information of our clients. We recognize that maintaining the trust of our clients requires that we be transparent and accountable in how we treat the information that you choose to share with us.

Information Collection
We collect information from you when you fill out a form on our website. You will be asked to enter your email address. If your request requires follow-up your may include your full name, day-time phone number and any relevant address information.
We may also collect personal information as we enter into agreements with our clients when undertaking a project.
